DeNukeIran will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Website, you expressly relieve DeNuke Iran from any liability arising from your use of any third-party website. Be aware when you leave the DeNukeIran Website. Website Access

DeNukeIran gives you permission to use the Website on the following terms.

1. Yes, you may copy and distribute any part of the Website that is copyrighted in any medium according to the terms of the Creative Commons by-nc license. You don't need permission, you already have it;

2. You will not alter or modify any part of the Website other than by uploading materials as invited by the website.

In order to access some features of the Website, like the Ning site, you may have to create an account. You may never use another's account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account. Notify DeNuke Iran immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You hereby hold DeNuke Iran harmless for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account. But you may be liable for the losses of DeNuke Iran or others due to such unauthorized use.

User Submissions
* The DeNukeIran Website permits the submission of videos or other communications ("User Submissions") and the hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of such User Submissions. You understand that whether or not such User Submissions are published, DeNukeIran does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any submissions.

You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with User Submissions, you warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize DeNuke Iran to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Service; and (ii) you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable person in the User Submission to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable person to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Service.

For "clarity" and not by way of limitation, except as set forth herein you retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions. But by submitting them you hereby grant DeNuke Iran a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the The Websters' Dictionary and DeNuke Iran's (and its successor's) rights. This includes promoting and redistributing part or all of the The DeNuke Iran Website (and derivative works) in any media formats and through any media channels.

And, you agree that so long as you post anything here and leave it up, you are doing so under Creative Commons by-nc license, meaning you will other people copy and distribute it without charge or further permission as long as they abide by the terms of the by-nc license. To the extent that you have a copyright in it, this doesn't change that and when you take down a posting the Creative Commons license you granted lapses so far as DeNuke Iran is concerned, insofar as the law permits.

You also hereby grant each user of the DeNuke Iran Website a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service.

  • Do not post advertisements or solicitations of business except in our discretion.
  • Do not behave in an unpatriotic fashion. We do enjoy a rousing political debate, but play nice.

    DeNukeIran does not endorse any User Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein. In fact DeNukeIran expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. DeNukeIran reserves the right to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice. But don't assume that if we haven't removed it we endorse it.

    We reserve the right to terminate your access to its Website. DeNukeIran also reserves the right to decide whether Content or a User Submission is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Use for anything including copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or even excessive length, for example, or for any whim of ours however arbitrary and capricious.

    DeNukeIran may remove User Submissions and terminate your access at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.     Notwithstanding your waiver of legal and equitable rights hereunder, you further agree that in any legal dispute between you, any user, DeNukeIran, its owner(s), proprietor(s), administrators or staff will be submitted to binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in Rockville, Maryland and shall be subject to the laws, and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts, of the State of Maryland and brought exclusively in the venue of Montgomery County, Maryland.
